Popping the question
It all started with a simple question from my husband: “Would you like to live in India for half a year?” Immediately I said yes. Without any thought to the preparations or vaccinations required to go. Without even knowing in what city we would live. The logistics and location were secondary to the great, grand adventure of living half a world away.
I am a photographer, writer and trailing spouse of a husband who works for Stanford University’s SEED program. We will live in the city of Chennai on the Bay of Bengal. The ideas and thoughts expressed in this blog are my own personal views and do not represent the views or opinions of SEED or Stanford University.
