I'm currently looking at an award board for kids and it dates back quite a bit.

On the board in 1935 there is an M nightingale and a W Weston.

(I know how much the fandom loves the Nightingale name.)

Consider a trans Danny Au set in the 30s where his now dead name started with an M (It'd kinda fit because Jaz and Jack share a letter, why not Maddie and Danny)

Or a time travel au where Danny and Wes get stuck in the 30s and Wes doesn't care about his name being seen but Danny does so He decides to go by Maxie so people looking through history books don't make connections

Let me talk about my own commenting on fanfiction.

I started reading on fanfic.net and I commented on almost every fic I read.

I stopped commenting for about a year when I swapped to AO3 and I don't quite know why.

I've started trying to comment again properly rather then the occasional one even if its just a couple hearts or just saying it's a great fic.

I definitely know that comments can also sometimes make someone's day so I'm commenting more for that reason then just writing a review about a fic.
