Catavinos hosted its 4th Edition of FEVI, Wine Event. I like to call these types of events the who's who of Mallorca. You mingle with winemakers, sommeliers and hope to be introduced to new influential people in the industry. Well, yesterday I was in awe of the presenter from Cellar Vall Llach. He engaged with us, told us the history of the vineyard in Porrera and I was absolutely blown away by the complexity in each of his wines. No wonder a majority of his wines get exported to the USA.
