You can't type french quotes (« and ») without holding the option key on a Mac, typing a complicated 4-digit code while holding the Alt key on windows, or pressing super-quote-carat on Linux. And they're not on French keyboards either, so don't try that. Fuck right off, you're damaging the reputation of people with diagnosed mental illnesses by doing this.
