I found the fluff alphabet template online and don't know who made it. Also, I'll share Felix first and Sage in a follow-up post to this one. Excuse typos/misspellings etc. because somedays I just can't English.

Felix Fluff Alphabet Headcanons
Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?
I think Felix would be really into doing something feral in the middle of an abandoned island near Porrima. Another option is to talk about nothing and everything with you.
Beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?
Felix LOVES whenever you show him affection. He likes to know that someone out there is thinking about him and loving him for no gain in return. He loves it that you are always here and ready to support him.
Also your honesty comes in handy for his impulses as well. It looks as he is annoyed by your raw honesty to him but actually appreciates it after giving your words some time to think over. It is the kind of moments where if you weren't the one to hurt him he would've been hurt more. Felix knows he can count on you and knows that your every action and word is completely made with concern and protectiveness over him. He feels like no one would go this far to protect him just because he is in a relationship. Yet with you, he really feels safe and complete.
Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?
I strongly believe that the first time you had anxiety or panic attacks Felix didn't know how to comfort you. He stutter and tried to give you water with his shaking hands. Then you had to calm yourself down to calm him down. Yet, he will not be like that the second time. He watched and observed you. Probably read books and asked people questions as well. Since the kind of comfort people seek during a panicked state is different so he will do whatever you would need him to do. And I think Felix would inform people around you two about it too.
Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?
Him being the worst necromancer in the world and you as his sidekick. Maybe in jail. In and out.
Equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?
Passive in bed dominant on the necromancy cult meetings. But that doesn't mean he won't sit on your face when you ask. Or ride you.
Fight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?
Yes, he would forgive you faster than he would forgive anyone else.
Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?
You are making him SEE everything you do for him because he is changing himself in a good and healthy way. You often remind him how things were used to be and then point out how far Felix went from that. It makes him feel better about himself and makes him think that he is growing up with you by his side.
Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?
So the situation is always like you finding out things or asking questions, and Felix further explains them to you. He is probably not too concerned about telling you everything since he is not sure if his life before you was as interesting as summoning you from another dimension.
Inspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?
As I said, he grew up a lot thanks to you. You changed his bad habits with healthy ones and helped him overcome his depressive thoughts about himself and his future.
Jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?
I think Felix would get jealous but never admit it in front of anyone. It is those defensive talk he makes that gives you the hint each time.
Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?
Oh yeah. It was soft and filled with emotions.
Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?
He didn't say it out loud but he says "I love you" through his actions. The way he looks at you, the way he is defensive over you to everyone...
Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?
Felix might be afraid of the idea first. He would have concerns since his parents weren't too happy in their marriage after the terrible things they've gone through. Also, Scylla is not a good example of commitment either. Felix wants to spend his life with you but is afraid that marriage might ruin things for you. So talk with him. Talk things over. He just wants to make sure that this is something you absolutely want.
If your purpose to him he might cry and mumble a quiet "yes". Of course, it is barely audible so ask him again to make him even more flustered. He might scream his answer to your face. Then cry in your arms.
If he would purpose, he might practice the scene beforehand. He would take you out for a perfectly dangerous romantic date first. The entire day is planned, but also not. He might end up purposing you after teleporting you to the rooftop of a tavern. "I actually made Scylla close off one of her places for you, but it didn't have a view such as a tavern's rooftop."
He would be the type of spouse to bring whatever he found that took his interest home. He has no clue about cleaning nor cooking so he learned to clean and cook for you. He is a bit clumsy so you might want to share most of his chores lol. Felix also wanted to buy a castle for you but you asked how will you clean a castle together.

Felix is not necessarily empathetic. At least not as much as Sage and Anisa. He is a necromancer and he does study the remains of the dead. If he makes empathy in his field, he would've been in a very bad mental shape. I would rather say that he KNOWS when it is necessary to be empathetic and when isn't. For example, he is always empathetic in everything concerning you, but will not make a strong empathy when revealing a sad life story of a dead soul.
Value - How important is the relationship to them? What is its worth in comparison to other things in their life?
You are in the center of his life. Felix is accepting you as a part of his family and you come first before his friends. He would absolutely try to follow you even after death as he did with Rime.
