Hello!! A little update, it's summer here in Aus and I'll be taking a posting break to focus on some family time and relaxation before heading back to work in mid-Jan. His arm tightened around my shoulders, pulling me into his chest as he settled back into the pillows. I sighed against his throat, my lips pressing small, soft and fleeting kisses to the tendons that stretched as he leaned back to look at me. I pulled away as he did, finding his face in the soft morning light that trickled in over his head. 

My heart ached as I looked at him, softened in the grey light of early morning. 

For a long, drawn out moment, we just looked at each other. My chin on his chest as it rose and fell steadily, his fingers tracing the line of my shoulder to my neck and back again. Then he leaned down, head tilting to kiss me softly. I lifted my chin, finding his mouth easily and pressing my lips against his in a rhythm that had become so familiar that it was second nature now.
