I just finished this commission of a sculpture and a necklace. The sculpture is called Crystal Cat Cave Garden. It features a cat jaw bone attached to an amethyst crystal cluster in a shape that can be seen as a cave or a cat head. I gilded the cat teeth and fangs as well as part of the amethyst in 18k gold. I added two preserved mini roses to look like it was growing out of the jaw. I sprinkled tiny golden nano beads to the tips of the roses. Then covered the base with mini rose petals along with more golden nano beads. And finally I added a little lavender butterfly to the top of the amethyst and adorned its back with a watch ruby (also known as a time crystal). The shelter called me back and asked me a bunch of questions about what kind of kitten I wanted, if I wanted a specific color, gender... I just told them I wanted a friendly bb and it might be nice if they didn't shed like crazy but again, as long as it was nice it was okay uwu

I'm nervous and excited and I feel a bit weird, but I think this is a good thing. Like I want to hold it in my arms but I also feel kinda like crying.
