For adult Lucy, I like to use Catherine Toribio. I think she looks a lot like Alison. And she's Dominican like Alison and Dania.

Alison is a teenager now, so she could be a young teen Lucy. If your looking for an older teen Lucy, I like to use Alison's older sister Sabrina.
