20. If you could meet with and talk to one Biblical figure other than God or Jesus or the Holy Spirit, who would it be and why?
JUDAS. Listen, I have to know what could have been worth that cause I know some silver doesn’t make what he did okay. I want to ask if he feels like his hands were tied because his betrayal was prophesied. I want to know if he’s gay cause every gay Christian I know feels some sort of connection with Judas because honestly how could we not? Does he know about The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and what does he think cause I’ve got lots of Opinions on that play.
12. What’s one underrated Bible story?
I feel like Christians don’t talk about Esther enough. She was so cool and brave and like, I’m a little bit in love with her. Besides that, though, I feel like she is a really good example of God directing young women to do Their will. I’m not a woman but I thought I was for a long time and Esther was my Fav (besides Ruth I fuckin love Ruth)
14. Who is the wisest Christian you’ve ever met? What do you admire about them?
I literally don’t even remember his name but it was this black trans man who was hosting a panel at a queer academia conference thing I was at. I was v comfy with being a lesbian but I was still feeling kinda eh about being trans bc I felt like maybe that was saying God was wrong? This man talked about how God calls us to transform, even if we’re cis and transitioning is a beautiful thing in God’s eyes. He didn’t just talk the talk either, he’d been through the religious gauntlet trying to figure himself and his faith out and came out better for it on the other side. I felt like he really got it you know?

104. Would you ever wear cowboy boots with shorts?
Probably not, although I think on other people that style can look pretty good (and on some people, especially women, even, dare I say it, kind of hot).
69. Do you have any stickers on your car?
No, but I’ve considered putting on some apolitical (or political-but-not-partisan) ones, like one from a tourist trap I went to a few years ago and loved. I misplaced that sticker before I could put it on the car, but I’m hoping to find it again sooner rather than later.
33. Do you prefer warm or cold weather?
Both are great for some things (warm for swimming or eating outside, cold for snowshoeing or snuggling up with tea or coffee, both for hiking), but all things considered I think I’m a person of the cold.
