Day 29 :: WORK :: After a few days of fun in Chicago, and some more days of work - my mom and I made our way home from Milwaukee today. The last few times we have have made this trip we took a different route that takes us by this little town and you can see this beautiful steeple from the highway. Today, we went in and enjoyed the beautiful Church for a little bit of our trip - seeing this Church opens my eyes to the vastness of the faith and the fact that this community worked to build this space for this town because of their faith years ago. #holylens #hocmeumcorestgratum #catholicsonvacation (at St. John's Catholic Church)

Mass this morning at a new parish to my in Milwaukee has this beautiful icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help - one of my favorite Marian icons. My mom and I were also asked to bring up the gifts for Fr. Russ - without anyone's knowledge of our relationship to him (he's my great uncle). These small moments allow me to see the beauty and grace that is a gift from our loving Father. #hocmeumcorestgratum #catholicfaith #catholicsonvacation (at Christ King Parish and School)
