Cathy O'Donnell and Farley Granger as Joe and Ellen Norson in Side Street (1950). Cathy was born in Suluria, Alabama, and had 36 acting credits, from an uncredited bit in 1945, to a 1964 episode of Bonanza. Her entries among my best 1,001 movies are The Best Years of Our Lives, Detective Story, and The Man from Laramie (also with Anthony Mann).

Paul Kelly, Farley Granger and Cathy O'Donnell in a publicity still for Side Street (1950). Paul was born in Brooklyn and had 175 acting credits, from four 1911 shorts to 1957. He had many shorts until his first feature in 1919. His other notable credits include The Roaring Twenties, Ziegfeld Girl. Tarzan's New York Adventure, Flying Tigers, Crossfire, and The High and the Mighty.
