Do you consider this cat a cinnamon tabby or an auburn shade of orange tabby?

This cat appears mostly white and has an orange tail, orange on her head invoking a human hairline, orange on her ears but white eartips, and an orange spot on her back. Do you consider this cat harlequin or van?

I can’t tell the coloration by this photo but my guess would be a dark orange tabby, like this

I would consider her a harlequin, as vans are cap and tail only
