The Catshuis negotiations have failed.
(The negotiations were about budget cuts.) That means the cabinet will most likely fall and there will be new elections in The Netherlands after the summer.
The cabinet we have at the moment is a bit complicated, if you want to read more about it, here is the wikipedia page on the Rutte cabinet.
The Dutch word for elections is verkiezingen.
