In the misty forests of an island far away, an elusive clan of cats walk in the shadows. Proud worshipers of the great deities: Balux, Umbrask, Absorvey, and Ramarine.
Meet Downybriar, a blind Emissary of the Eye, follower of Absorvey. Since Absorvey is the Watcher God, representative of perception and judgement, those more naive think this ironic, or some sort of contradiction. This doesn't bother Downybriar, however; she has some good fun teaching these young cats just how observant she can be...
