Ok so opinion:

more radiant males is 100% a good idea, aside from how it's just kind of boring I don't love the kind of engrained idea that women need magic to be able to keep up with the guys. But that aside, I would love to see more magic men, also I'm kind of upset Chamber isn't a radiant. He's kind of boring as the rich French guy who's always perfect, but I think having some kind of metal radiant power would add a nice extra dimension to his character. That being said, I kind of like that this new agent specifically is female, idk most of our info characters are male and since she's kind of the bad guy right now it's cool to have it not be another guy.

One think I love about the MCU's Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff is that she has no supernatural powers, but she literally fights alongside an actual god lmao. And the non-radiant girls we do have are all very smarts and tech-based, I think it would be cool to see a woman who can just kick ass (though that might be hard to do gameplay wise)

I hope that the next agent is a radiant man and also not a duelist for more diverse playstyles. I also think seeing more radiant men could make for interesting character dynamics. In general, I think another radiant dude would just be really cool and give Yoru, Phoenix, and Omen another radiant buddy.

but idk, maybe in the valo universe, radianite just has more effect on females than males. Though I don't know how that would make sense lol

Hi don't mind me randomly sharing a headcanon but as much as I love Brim, I can't help but imagine that his relationship with Sova might as well be coming close to something like with Harry and Dumbledore. Like yknow as much as there's respect, care and friendship. He might as well put Sova in a lot of danger from time to time since he trusts him (sometimes a bit too much) and for example, send him on solo-missions despite the risk but in the end feel absolutely horrible when Sova barely makes it out alive. (Maybe also cuz he knows Sova will execute every order without even questioning it). Who knows maybe he lost his eye because Brim put him into a way too dangerous situation per order... dunno just a though plaguing me 🤔🤔 sorry bout the rambling aaaa

I think Harry and Dumbledore’s relationship has more of a mentor/student dynamic but I do love the idea that Brim and Sova have that mutual respect and trust as superior and subordinate.

I am a sucker for some angst lol. Brim feeling the weight of guilt any time someone gets hurt, especially someone as talented and good as Sova - so good. I love when a character blames themselves for the deaths of others, especially if they are a leader. Blaming themselves even though it is inevitable, cough cough Commander Erwin Smith from Attack on Titan. Now, I don't think Brimstone would consciously take advantage of Sovas trust, but he might trick himself into thinking he did... so much potential for Brim feeling the weight of his position....

And there is actually a line Brimestone says, something along the lines of "Be careful, Sova. You've already lost one eye for us" So Sova is def committed to his job. I might say one of Sova's flaws is holding himself to too high a standard. A fear of letting others down or not fulfilling a mission. I'm excited to see what he fears in whatever the VALORANT twt account posts next.
