Getting silly with Catullus again
Odi et amo. Quare id faciam fortasse requiris.
Nescio, send fieri sentio et excrucior.
I hate and I love. Why do I do that, perhaps you ask?
I don't know. But I feel it happening, and I'm in agonizing torment.
all angsty love songs are just trying to recreate Catullus 85
this could be us but you have to go home
Thinking fondly of that time I found Catullus graffiti in my neighbourhood. Whoever did this, I love you
I hate and I love. And if you ask me how,
I do not know. I only feel it, and I’m torn in two.
I hate and I love. Why do I do this, perhaps you ask?
I don't know; but I feel it happen and I suffer.
Catullus 85, because I’m reading his stuff again.
