I got a bunch of blusters due to my bright idea of running barefoot in 80F+ weather...yeah! Luckily I managed to catch these on time before they got worse. However, today was a good exercise in alternatives to running. I did intervals of 1:30min at a normal pace with all out bursts of 30seconds for 15+ minutes. Trust me when I say, IT WORKS! This along with all the rehab stuff for my shoulder so I am definitely happy to have a change of routine.
