Fantastic Friday Workout 1) 5 Laps of a lake today. Did that in 27.5 minutes. Better than what i did yesterday. Thirsty Thursday Training Workout summary 1) Running -- I did 5 laps today. Thats 4k at a stretch. Today i realised i must study a bit about running. How to breathe when running long distances and what not. Any athletes here? I was very tired. My legs were already sore. But still i did it. I listened to the hall of fame song and Lallati bhandar (a Marathi song that has great music and beats). It feels so good to be consistent in any work that we do. I am just telling myself and journalling regularly so as to keep doing it.
