Your friends had organised a flight out to the densely populated Long Island, just off the east coast of the United States, for your upcoming birthday, which just so happened to be Halloween. You had partied, gotten drunk, and somehow managed to make your way into Coney Island without any money for tickets -- all in all, it was a great time without any mishaps like what most would’ve excpected.
That was, up until he made his entrance; you were split up from your friends in the Horror House. You heard strange noises coming from the room of mirrors, the place where you had just come back from, something similar to gurgling, exasperated gasps of air, and wondered back to have a quick check. Your friends hadn’t noticed and continued on without sight of you.
As you encaptured yourself within the world of reflections, you followed suit to the noises you heard, each rasped breath becoming louder and louder until you were only a thin wall away from the sound. Staring back at your reflection, you creased your eyebrows in confusion, there was no other passage to get through, it must be a behind-the-scenes room which riders were unable to get to. Or maybe you were really that drunk.
Then suddenly a hand grabbed the back of your skull, and the air escaped your lungs as you were thrusted forwards. As your head was smashed into the reflective mirrors, your mind went blank with nothing but pure, unbridled pain. Blood oozed out from the cuts and shattered fragments dug deep into the gashes in your skin; you barely even registered the harsh grip pulling you back, away from your painful entrapment. By the locks of your hair, the person craned your head to stare up at him from your position, and while you could barely see due to the mass amount of tears and blood, the blurry image you could make out was a mix of black and white, making your attacker a monochrome mystery in terms of clues. You were honestly glad none of the shards got into your eyes.
He had stared at you for a while, taking in your appearance before grinning wildly; you were bleeding out fast.
As he dropped you to your knees, you gagged and flailed like a dying fish, attempting to pull out as many shards of glass from your face as you could while ultimately failing due to your constant hiccups and streaming, salty tears.
Art giggled to himself terribly -- he was having such a great time! First he got that young girl who had the nerve to point and mock him, then he got her boyfriend, and now he has this pretty little lady to play with him, what fun! Aww, but it’s never any fun when they die quickly, and with the way your head was slightly smashed in, you were most definetely going to go faster than expected! He pouted at that, and then a grin came across his face.
He kneeled down in front of you, and as you slowly glanced up at him in horror, pausing from scraping away at your mangled face, his grin shaped into an exaggerated one of terror. He was still for a couple of moments, before his hands suddenly shot up to claw right at his face, mimicking what you were doing prior alongside falling to his side onto the floor, using one hand as if to pull himself to safety. After a while of messing with you, trying to show you what you should be doing, he bursts into a fit of silent laughter, slamming his fists down on the floor and flailing his legs around behind him. He thinks this is funny, he thinks your pain and misery is funny.
As soon as you began to jut your way in another direction, trying to escape this humiliation, Art snaps back to his serious face, grabbing your face with his tight grip. Once again, his eyes study you, before his grin replaces his stoic expression. He continued to grin as he stuck his finger down your mouth, he continued to grin as he clawed ever so slightly at your tongue with his disgusting nails, he continued to grin as he caused you to gag and convulse under his figure. But you were not going anywhere, oh no, you were not. You are a pretty little lady he actually quite likes the look of. He could kill you if he so wanted. But right now, let him have his fun. He’s never had so much fun with a cute bird like yourself.
Maybe he might just keep you alive if you’re good.
