The rest of the world was black and white, but we were in screaming color. One year ago today I was told that there was no evidence of disease in my body. One year ago today I was told that I beat a Stage 4 cancer. On a day that has unfortunately been associated with tragedy and loss, I am lucky enough to celebrate a second chance at life 😊💜💪🏼👊🏼💉. I'm not considered "cured" and "completely cancer-free" until I hit the 5 year mark, but this is a great place to start.
