Just for the record, AiYusa and FlameTakeRyo are my serious ships for these characters. The ships that are actually good and cute and I like and make the characters better being in those relationships.

AiRyo is a stinky garbage ship that I think is funny.

Hello! I'd like to ask for two ship name approvals with reasons and proof: The first is to call Ryoken Kogami x Flame 'Embershipping'. The reason for this isn't supported too much by canon, but I can provide a thematic explanation: Embers represent a faint hope of warmth and light. Flame believing in Ryoken's and having more hope / faith in him than others (based on his assessment he gave of him in episode 84, in which he said that perhaps Ryoken wanted to work with Takeru in hopes of apologizing) and Ryoken wasn't meant to have hope given his involvement in the Lost Incident. Yet the embers of hope still burn, determined and indomitable, much like them and their willpower. Here's an art tagged as the ship. And now I also present 'Cauterizeshipping' for Ryoken Kogami x Flame x Takeru Homura. Cauterizing is the act of using heat / flame to close wounds. Something that highlights these three are the themes of fire (Fireball for Flame x Takeru, Recoil for Ryoken x Takeru, and Ember for Ryoken x Flame) and also a sense of healing and getting past trauma. (The way Flame assists Takeru with his trauma, the way Ryoken and Takeru helped each other with their loss of their loved ones in their second and final Duel in Season 3.) Flame, Takeru, and Ryoken are working through their pain together and helping each other become better individuals, even if it's painful. Here's an art tagged as the ship.
