get to know the toronto blue jays!
*updated for 2026 as they play their 50th season
due to the length, this is part 1 out of 2 (check the reblogs for the second part). the second part has a few more slides of photos of different jays eras. i don't know how linear this is, but i wanted to get everything down (since there are more fans post 2025 but also bcz the old primer needed an update). i made myself sad with the nepo baby part when i had to change it from -present to -2025 :(
this is an old slideshow that i edited + reworked. i also was basically a child or not even born yet for some parts of this... so if there's smth you remember more and think i should change, holler in my inbox or messages <3
and once again, let's start with the "okay blue jays song" which is played in the 7th inning stretch at every jays home game with take me out to the ballgame (other teams often play god bless america, but the jays are based in toronto, canada. so like.... yeah)
