Hi! I'm a huge lover of cheese <3 but I've never had stuff like brie or asiago or stilton. My favorite kind is Feta, so what do you recommend I try next?
And we love cheese lovers! My suggestion to you is to just jump in and go for it. The best way to learn cheeses is, of course, to eat them. However, if you like Feta and want to ease your way into the world of curd, try something else that is salty, with a slight tang like the Castelrosso. But don’t stop there! we have over 200 cheeses on the counter. Gotta try them all!

Our newest Cavemaster Reserve cheese, Stout-washed Keeley's Across the Pond.
Keeley learned to make cheese in Ireland and now makes phenomenal stuff in NY's Finger Lakes region.
For St. Patty’s Day, we took her signature cheese, Across the Pond, and washed it daily with a savory Irish stout. The results: hints of roasted onion, a malty quality, and a lactic tang on the finish that makes it scary snackable.
Bonus: Pairs great with Stout or Irish whiskey.
