You queen!! Chapter 5??! Such a good build-up!! I really can't help but treasure the care and time you give to world building and all the small details it is just uff!!! So much joy in re-reading. Whatever order you post the rest I will be reading anyway so don't you worry hahaha. Especially excited for the Joel one. (I can't figure out paragraph seperation here at the moment sorry!) I have been inspired by you try and write out a Joel, Ellie and Platonic!Reader idea I've had it's scary but fun!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the 5th chapter! There are a couple people that have flat out messaged me to ask when they're *finally* going to take this somewhere else physical, so to know that there are others that just want this - the slow, building YEARNING on both ends - makes me happy that I'm sticking to my choices and not trying to rush anything.

This story in my mind, relies on the immersion of the readers into Tim and Reader's world, so I'm adding in all the background and environmental stuff ... they have to have a world for you to jump into, right? 5 was proof of that - especially since it's the longest they've ever spent together while awake, and it's an entirely new experience for them. I'm so thankful to know that you'll read whatever I post in whatever order I post it in ... things are a little chaotic here, so we'll see what happens. and when/if you post your Joel/Ellie/Reader, please feel free to tag me - I'd love to read it! It is super scary to write and post something that you've never done before, but it's so much fun to have content out there and know you that you're telling the story you want to tell!

Wow that anon was something. Personally I love the fact that you don't write with a definitive age gap it's nice and inclusive for older fans! Besides it's already amazing that you share your writing with us at all!!

I just want to write and post and if people see it ... they see it.

I do get down sometimes about the level of / lack of engagement, but it is what it is, and I have to remind myself that people lurk. People aren't always comfortable commenting or reblogging. People read things and don't reach out.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'd much rather have a smaller number of genuine interactions from people whose opinions I truly value than a million notes from people that will glance at my work and never think about it again.

For as many younger fans as there are, there are probably just as many if not more "older" people in the Pedro fandom, and they deserve to have content to read, too.

I try not to give an age for Reader characters in my stories (aside from JTGTBG - she is CLEARLY marked age wise) but I think it's pretty obvious that I'm not writing about characters in their early 20's.

I just wanted you to know that seeing your writing and your blog makes me so happy! I hope you have all the fun possible with all the research and tidbits you find because honestly they make the fics even sweeter! I sometimes struggle with reading in general when there isn't enough description or build-up but all your fics are done with such balance it is wow!!

I know that what I write isn't always easy to read because of the length, and that I see the characters a little differently than many other authors on here do, so every time someone comments or sends a message saying they appreciate the "extra" I put into my writing, it means a ton.

2. Favourite Fic?

I had to have a think about this one, I don't have a particular favourite but one I reread a lot is 'If the Heavens Ever Did Speak' by samwife. It's basically just Goose and Carole getting it on but it's so soft and domestic and them. I especially love how they're written because they seem like such a realistic couple. Also, if this question is about fics I've written (which I'm taking it as because I love some of the stuff I've written this year), I've got to say 'A Soft Hello', 'A Ghost We'll Never Get to See' or 'Knight in Pearly White'

Ooo this is a hard one. Maybe Slider and Goose knowing each other in high school? Or Goose's dad dying when he was 13? I think my favourite is that Bradley was called chick by his parents and this turned into Rooster. Oh, and Goose giving him a toy goose as a baby
