I think so? I’m not really sure but its the version that came installed on my windows 8 laptop >w> TBH if they updated Paint with transparency, and layers???? It’d be like PERFECT for me...but until then I have to use Paint.net for that extra stuff

Hey so I'm sure you're asked this a lot but I'm so curious, what program do you use for your art? :o

I’m honestly not asked that much! owo BUT I use ms paint! I’ve been using it FOREVER and I’m too stubborn to learn any new program ;w; I usually draw with the pencil tool, size 3, and I use my mouse! Whenever I need to do backgrounds or transparency, I use paint.net to help out a bit >w>
