Not to be sappy on blog, but thank you guys for giving Touch so much love. It's been a long time since I've really posted any fic (especially smut, which has some unique challenges) for other people to read, and I was kind of nervous about it! I've missed writing and have been really enjoying interacting with you guys ❤️
Starting to write fic again after a long time is kind of weird, but not because of the writing part. Back In The Day™️ I used to make cute little mood boards and playlists and everything, and now I don't even remember how I used to make moodboards. Where did I get the source photos from?
I have figured out how to use Photoshop a little bit to do things like tinting and brightening, but that requires me to have something to work with to start off. And I keep seeing people talk about using Canva for their headers and stuff, and man, I get on Canva and idek what I'm doing. Maybe I need to exercise my brain a little bit and get back in the groove.
The writing is coming back pretty naturally, but all the other silly little fun stuff I used to do is soooo rusty. Send help.

oh really? then, pray tell, why is it the older generations who sit at the doctor's office with their phone volumes all the way up? then why is it the older generations with whom you can tell how many keys they're pressing and when they're receiving and sending messages simply by the sound from the other side of the room? then why is it the older generations that talk loud enough on the phone that sitting on the other end of the bus, i can understand every word so clearly that it gets hard to focus on my book?
then why is it the youth that knows how to respectfully use their phones in public, whereas the older generations in large parts doesn't?

one thing about me is, if there's a free guided tour, you'll find me there. full stop. i don't care what it is about, i don't care if the topic doesn't interest me in the least. you tell me i can simply listen to you talk about a topic you feel passionate about without having to do anything other than follow you, without even having to pay you? done. i'll be and listen to your every word
what type of hell hole is instagram?? and how did i survive there before i moved to tumblr? going back to instagram is visiting the town you grew up in after you started a life that makes you happy, and realizing that your hometown objectively sucks with all the knowledge you have gathered over the years
