When I went thrifting for a belt, I ended up finding a gold-coloured chain instead. I used it to repair the broken strap on one of my handbags 👜 👌🏽

Haven’t been doing much shopping lately 🛍️, but since I started cooking ayurvedic meals 🥣 , I’ve shed so much weight that I needed to get a few things.

In May, I purchased a couple of new items 🆕 … This linen dress 👗, a pair of cotton pants, a few acacia bowls, and an olive wood spoon 🫒 🥄

Swatched them all with my colour fans. I’d say these are dark autumn 🍂

Yup, I do.

It looks like I have a lot of navy in my closet, but many of these pieces no longer fit, so are being donated to a shelter 👖👖

Since changing the way that I eat,

WHAT I eat, WHEN I eat, HOW I eat, and WHERE, I’ve shed 10% of my body weight. Would’ve been more, in the past four months, had it not been for the junk food 😅 Many of these items are now far too big for me.
