Made a hybrid recipe π π₯ π using the jar of organic peanut butter π« π₯ π§, sitting in the emergency kit. We call it the emergency FUN kit :-) Every year, I update it. It was time to use up the peanut butter.
I found a recipe, changed a few ingredients, and quantities.
These substitutions were tasty and satisfying π:
*Organic peanut butter π₯ π§
*Organic grass-fed butter π§
*Organic rice puffs π
*Jaggery
Drizzled the next day, with:
*Organic roasted carob powder
*Organic coconut oil

Here, my best laid plans gone astray ~
This was supposed to be a healthier, homemade, veggie burger patty, but it turned out way too mushy... I didn't want to throw out any of the water because it had all the seasoning and flavour infused into it.
The sweet potatoes couldn't sop up any more of the flavour, so they ended up being mashed and mushed.
It's tastier than it looks ποΈ ποΈ
Ingredients:
Organic sweet potatoes, basmati rice, organic black turtle beans, organic black kale, organic sunflower seeds, organic corn, organic carrot, fresh organic cilantro, organic fennel, fresh organic turmeric, fresh organic ginger, mineral salt, ground peppercorns.

Not sure if I can call them burger patties as I added too much water and they were quite mushy, hence the addition of the rice to try and stop up some of the liquid.
Again, no tootin' π¨, and no trips to the bathroom π½
I would make these again, but next time use ground flaxseed and less water ππΌ

After having one βπΌ for lunch, I made several trips to the bathroom π½
Wasn't exactly tootin'. It was more of a greasy flatulence π¨, on repeat. Glad I stayed in that night!
Convenience food or not (I'm going with not), I do NOT recommend these ππΌ

Burger patty on rice
Not a lot of heart went into the preparation of this post, but it did into this meal β€οΈ
Life has felt quite busy this month. A lot of healing π₯ π , and a lot of birthdays to celebrate π
Haven't had much time to cook, so I warmed up a frozen veggie and bean patty, and made some spiced rice with saffron. Added a squeeze of fresh lime, and dinner was served πβπ© π π
Definitely didn't add guilt to the mix.
I do the best that I can to eat healthy.
