Sooo... in a world filled with character-based-characters, I'm adding to the pool. Please allow me to hand over my Jeff the Killer inspired boy, he doesn't bite but he WILL flip you off.

In the world I'm building for him and other "loosely based on Creepypasta" OCs, he (and the others) isn't a violent murderer at all. All the entities and people I'm focusing on are victims of circumstances beyond their control and instead of turning violent (which, let's be honest, is overdone) they are found by a deity called Suits. This deity basically takes in lost souls and "troubled" people and helps them to heal and to find work or otherwise live a fulfilling life.

Jeffery Barker is under Suits' care after a series of tragedies culminating in the death of his parents, the disappearance of his brother, and many scars that still haven't healed...
