hello guys i'm back with another review and today i am reviewing the power crunch vanilla bar and also the things in protein and fiber bar so i'm going to get started with the power crunch bar and let's start with the nutrition it's 200 calories a serving size of it it's just one cookie so conserving to classify this is a protein book protein is 14 grams of carbohydrates 8 grams fat is 13 grams edges which is pretty high for a bar it's only 200 calories as well so that's kind of interesting I also decided to throw in the ingredient list and i'm going to show you guys how to actually read an ingredient list so when you start off by reading this the ingredients are ordered by how much quantity is actually in the product so the first thing on that ingredient list has the highest concentration of you and the last thing on that ingredient list is probably just look like a tiny amount the least amount it's actually in this bar so i decided to throw up throw the just read the top of top three to four ingredients on this one and the first thing we is pro whey protein blend bunch of big words after that it pretty much just means protein palm oil enriched flour and also sugar and then palm kernel oil and then canola oil as well so i just reading the ingredients and seeing how they're laid out in the first few ingredients you see there's already a few loyal guardian that you see the we see the palm oil as one of the top of the ingredients so that's probably why the fat is already at 13 grand it's probably mostly coming from that home 15 grams of sugar in here longer fibers so that's the nutritional information on on the power crunch protein energy go on and this is the French for the French vanilla flee so now we'll move on to the faith in a pin bar and it is a salted caramel food so I picked these bars a kind of eye which one I would like like I prefer vanilla and also like the salty caramel I will mostly rate these on their flavor not because I buys one wig not developed all the camera over vanilla most if it tastes good alltel education so you must start with the nutrition information on it it is only 150 calories compared to 200 it has 10 grams of protein compared to 14 of the old one fat fat only five grands much lower than those 13 grams so this indicates the card looks 20 grams of carbs so let's look at the ingredients and we can kind of see how these ingredients make the basic nutritional information once you start reading the top three things or the proteins line and a bunch of big fancy words out that just means protein then there is chicory fiber and brown rice syrup and then dark chocolate so you see the top fourth in here a lot of hard dense like the chicory father and the brown record that dressen has a lot of carbs in compared to the other one where oil were in that top top four that's what a fat content is higher than the other one and on this one the fat is only five grams there's not that many oils and so like later on into the ingredient list did you see how the cards with 20 because there's more cards dense ingredients early up on that ingredient list so that is the nutrition for both of these boring now to go to the taste of you can start out with the vanilla it looks like it looks like a white chocolate kit kat if you can see this is like focus ism it looks like a white chocolate okay I'm not gonna picture on the screen for you you look at this look at that that's crazy opens up so the inside tab like little wafers in it like in vanilla wafer you get so I mean it looks delicious smells like vanilla salt amazing actually yeah this is ben all this is amazing much better than the other two protein works like yeah this movie or just listen this is really good Wow tiniest tiniest tiniest bit of protein like after table you can see where that there is protein in you like some kind of whey protein or something but overall it's like delicious like this vanilla coating is it's ridiculously tasty is it take a jock you life job like you dipped it in vanilla pudding and put in like the freezer something about it like cool down bit and it hardens that's what this case of the kitchen really good i'm going to give this 4 12 a time of i'm going to get this i'm going to give this is 7.5 x it nom i'm going to give this a 7.7 there's gonna be a 7.7 i'm pretty stingy with my ratings 10 like if you're going to be a tenant you have to be like a candy bar like i'm going to compare this like a white chocolate white chocolate cake at that's what I'm going to compare the two that's my time and this is this is 7.6 like this is really good and now time to move on to the station this one is a salted caramel like a hit a little salt pieces on there I got a la chair along it was a dark bar look at this let me up playing a chocolate boring or brokers open oh look at that it looks like they're like peanut butter nougat in there but I know it's like caramel I don't see any visible salty so so I guess alright this is good I would still put that far over this because of the texture personally i like i like this power crunch part because it's flaky assistant light it's very area it's like great supported delicious it's kind of like a kit kat a white chocolate kick-out but like sixty percent of one is it is clearly not doesn't taste like a white chocolate cake you know but this one off what does this taste like this is more against the inside of flight camera it's not that caramely I don't have any soil too young to do yeah there's no salt so that's I mean it's alton camel should be something in there that salty but yeah this is uh I like it though it's like if you want something that's what a little bit more dense it's not like super dense it's a little like chewy complete opposite texture of the other one what is it tape it tastes like you know those mix those little round missing didn't on up in the job I forget that was in our blood yeah these things are things alright i'm going to give this uh out of the ten probably i'm going to give us a 6 i'm gonna get into six mostly trying to settle assaulted can I don't fix any salt caramels not that crazy in here we go it's not late I eat this the first word that's going to come out is chocolate and chocolate and chewy like I don't know what that I cajon it got that flavor in so it's not bad this is what I just can't pick it up the other words so that's all I'm going to get this one yeah this one's a flat physics yeah this one's a sick and this tower crunch bar yo this one's good I was always recommend you guys if you want something I'll try the way this isn't like I would never buy any of these two bars only reason being because protein bars I want them because of protein and I cannot be both for two dollars each and I'm not going to go buy a bar because it has 14 grams of protein and 10 grams of protein I'm gonna bother posting board has to have over over twenty percent I mean 20 grand so I would invite in these but if you're looking for a quick snack something to satisfy your sweet tooth or anything I will get his power punch one this is really good at in length it exactly this week in vanilla wafer and make a white chocolate cake at not like literally it is amazing maybe it's a 7.6 it was hard for me not to give them any blood this is good very good so you happy on the martyr view
