Television Channels (Recreation or new) Default Replacement Project? (need helpers!)
so, I have stumbled across a tutorial on how to change your Television channels on the game because I mean- would you really let your sim watch a 128 x 128 crunched-up pixels?
I was thinking at first, it would be fun recreating the channels in the game but in a better quality; but I was also debating on just making a new one from scratch! so as I did; I'm just doing some editing:
for a weather forecasting scene!
As you can see, the only tools for video editing that I have is Capcut and obviously; it's not gonna cut it when it comes to the editing! So as I'm still figuring it out, I need people to brainstorm and help me with the editing because obviously I'm lacking in that part!
