Eyes flutter open once more and it's then that he notices just how close they’d been sitting, again, for the second time that evening. The first being when he’d dozed off in the van with his head coming to a rest on her shoulder. 

No one else seemed to notice much to his relief, the others had been chatting in hushed voices or equally as tired after the lalaparuzza. 

Fixing his posture just the slightest bit, Anetra rubs the back of his neck, willing the small ache away. “Sorry.”

“Don’t be, it’s okay.” She assures with a smile that matches the warmth behind hazel hues. “You had a long day.”

“We all di—”

“You were the last one standing on that stage… Well, besides Jax.” 

“You got me there..” He trails off with a hum and for a moment he considers adding, but now I’ve got the worst track record, and ultimately decides against it. There was still time for the others to do worse and screw up.

“That’d be the second time today.”

“I— Damn.” Failing to let the words form on the tip of his tongue the two erupt into giggles at the harmless dig.

just a little snippet of what i've been working on, my research partner @dawningofdrag and i have been building on cc sashnetra for a while and we're both so obsessed w them here's a bit of them while they were secluded at the hotel

And if he stalls in entering the jacuzzi from overthinking whether or not he should sit beside her or furthest away, she doesn’t notice, or at least she doesn’t comment on it. Which he’s immensely grateful for. 

But he settles for somewhere in between, neither too close or far to the point she has to raise her voice if she were to strike up conversation.

“So.. what’re your thoughts on the weather?”

He purposely uses the icebreaker and hopes against all odds she’d understand his humor and ridiculous attempt to fill the air between them and the hot tub jets.

Anetra knows it works in his favor when he sees a smile form on her lips as she shakes her head. 

“You’re dumb.”

20. Which one types with perfect grammar and which one types using numbers as letters?

I don't think either of them would type using numbers as letters tbh but from the screenshots MIB has posted here and there of her text convos with Neech, he does type with good grammar and emojis. I think Sasha would shorten words more often when she texts, like instead of 'you' its just a 'u'

25. Which one competes in some sort of activity and which one does the overzealous cheering?

Since it is CC, Anetra will potentially eventually go on All Stars and of course Sasha would be the first to know. Giving him pep talks as he prepares his runway package etc.. even if by that point their relationship hasn't been announced [other than a few of their sisters knowing] she's team Anetra all the way

26. Who takes a selfie when the other one falls asleep on their shoulder?

They both do 🥹But Sasha more so does it and then posts it on her private IG story thats veryyy selective 🤭
