WIP #6
OMG, the holiday season is officially approaching! Who needs a Christmas tree on a car?! I know I do!
It's just a cute little idea I had ages ago, and since you guys loved The Family Hauler so much, I figured, why not add some festive flair to it? It's the perfect accessory for Sims hauling their holiday cheer back home!
I've got the tree and the car ready (check out the peek photo!), and next up is adding a cute little bow and getting all the final details in place.
Talk soon and happy decorating! 🌻
The Secret Sauce:
How We Make High-Detail, Low-Lag CC
We wanted to share a bit of our creative process with you! We’ve been crafting custom content since 2023, and thanks to your incredible support, we’ve spent that time learning, growing, and aiming for the one thing: delivering the best possible quality for your game.
What does "Quality" mean? For us, it’s about two things:
The Look: It has to match the The Sims 4 aesthetic (Maxis Match).
The Feel: It shouldn't slow down your game. No one wants a beautiful kitchen that causes a 5-second lag every time you rotate the camera!
"Baking" (High-to-Low Poly)
To keep your game running smoothly, we use a professional technique called High-to-Low Poly Baking.
Normally, to get tiny details like soft rounded edges or realistic indents, you need a "High Poly" model made of hundreds of thousands of tiny triangles (polygons). But if we put that directly into the game, it would be a disaster for your computer's performance!
Here is what we do:
Step 1: The Blockout. we create a simple, Low Poly base that the game can handle easily (Photo 1).
Step 2: The Sculpt. we build a hyper-detailed High Poly version with every tiny detail (Photo 2), sometime we do 3D sculpt for object that have fabric material, but not so much for this fridge.
Step 3: The Bake. We "shrink-wrap" the details from the high-poly version onto the low-poly base. Essentially, we turn 3D geometry into a 2D texture map.
The Result? Take a look at our recent fridge. The high-poly version has over 400,000 triangles - that’s enough to make most computers cry! But through our baking process, the final version in your game looks just as detailed while using only a tiny fraction of that power.
That's it, that's our secret out, the actual process is a lot more than this of course but we're committed to making high quality cc for you. We are so grateful for the community that has grown around our work since 2023. Your feedback helps us sharpen our skills, and your support allows us to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can create for the Sims! 🤗🤗

OVERLOOKED : WIP #4 - ❄️ Chill Command ❄️
Hey Simmers !
Life happened, and I took a little break from working on Part 2 of the OVERLOOKED Set : ❄️ Chill Command ❄️
First of all, I started a “new” job ! Well, technically not new, since I got hired at my previous workplace. Last year, I was an apprentice, and now I’m officially a motorcycle mechanic. I’m really proud of it, especially as a woman. It’s not easy to stand out in this field, but I guess I did.
Second, I really wanted to focus on the recent Haven Harvest Market Stand mini set, which was something I genuinely needed for my own gameplay and my current Cult Challenge.
Anyway, this week flew by in the blink of an eye, and I reeeeally had to push myself to finish modeling this part, but here’s my WIP. It just needs a little more… grime, and then I’ll be ready to release it !
As you know, this part focuses on thermostats and AC units. It will require Seasons to be fully functional, but just like in Part 1, I’ll also include a base game decor version for those who don’t care about functionality or don’t own the EP. All of these items are set up just like the Seasons thermostat, which means they’re interconnected : place one in a room, and all units will share the same temperature. They include both heating and cooling options.
As always, I really appreciate your suggestions. I might not be able to include everything, but your feedback is always inspiring. See you soon !
All the love, MLPO
some commissions/items i've worked on! should hopefully be out this month, just wanna add some more stuff for men
Got a really special CAS set coming your way friday. New meshes, hand painted textures, and a lot of fun thoughtful pattern combos.
I really really hope you’ll like it.
WIP (dress, boots, earrings)
if anyone is interested in testing them, let me know. No hurry, I'm not ready to send the files just yet but soon I hope hehe
I'm pushing myself to try and finish some projects that have been picking up dust before I start new ones.
On the menu at this current time: Wand Garters
Came to me in a very horny vision a few months ago (half joking). ANYWHO, I'm hoping to make 2-3 other variants and then start texturing.
The idea here is to have left/right versions, and the wands will be interchangeable (I think that's the word?) meaning you wont be stuck with specific wands per garter design! Whichever wands your spellcasters tend to use, you'll be able to mix and match ;p
