i feel like people should make esmp season 1 lizzie a looot more pathetic. shes less pathetic than jimmy, yes, but. cmon guys. yall are good at making season 2 lizzie have the right balance of "pathetic" and "is fully capable of taking care of herself" but season 1 lizzie has a certain amount of patheticness that people often look over. probably because jimmy exists and in most fics and fan content shes just the "strong older sister who exists to take care of her brother" but. theyre both pathetic jimmys just super extra pathetic
yes shes the large pristine egg and hes the small damaged egg and some parts of her character backstory and stuff does involve caring for him but thats not all she is shes also pathetic and people need to acknowledge that. she can be both pathetic and badass at the same time
