Studios are always busy places. There is a constant pace of movement or a flurry of activity; stylists and make-up artists running around like headless chickens, models rushing from one set to another, stage crew wheeling in props or light stands, and photographers and directors pacing back and forth from the set to the computers to go through the raw product as it transmits to the computers.
It should be a whirlwind of crazy for a rookie like himself, out on his first big gig as an assistant director/photographer shooting idol trainees with his college professor, but Jaebum isn’t at all phased. In fact, he stands out among all the hustle and bustle like an actual person in-charge and his professor beams at him from where he’s seated on a director’s chair.
“Let’s take five, yeah?” Jaebum calls out then hands his video camera to one of the equipment assistants. His professor comes and pats on the back, asking if he wants anything from the coffee truck outside. Jaebum asks for an iced americano but opts to stay inside much to the other models’ and talents’ pleasure - if he notices the looks they’ve been giving him, he doesn’t say anything.
