- Collateral Damage Man experimented with several materials to induce this reaction and found the chocolate was most effective. Uranium also worked, but was less accessible.
- The strange vulpine creature is speculated to be some leftover experiment from some unethical biolab. Collateral Damage Man doesn't know and doesn't care.
- The LVC is 'fired' by a branch in the tube with a simple lever. Suddenly the vulpine creature has a straight shot, and exits the tube at several times the speed of sound.
- Nobody knows what the tube is made of. Including Collateral Damage Man.
- The vulpine creature is not harmed by supersonic impacts with the chest cavities of various people and always returns due to the promise of more chocolate.
- It takes longer to aim than it does to spin up. The tube is pretty big, after all.
- Greg Stark was hired to destroy the LVC. He abandoned the job after losing two separate suits.
