Announcing the Creative District #CDWebSeries Grant Winner!
Each month we give away up to $5,000 in grants to support independent film and media makers in the Creative District community. In August, we offered our $5,000 grant to support one outstanding web series. With over 500 web series now showcasing their work on CD, choosing just one wasn't easy.
Today we'd like to congratulate Melissa Hunter and the team at Adult Wednesday Addams, as we're excited to announce that we'll be supporting the production of season 2 by granting the project $5,000!
Morbidly hilarious, the first six episodes of the series will leave you longing for season two, too. Melissa is currently raising funds for season 2, and we're told filming will begin this fall.

Thank you for all of your #CDWebSeries submissions! The great news for the rest of the CD creative community is that for September the grant program is open to ALL types of projects! What we're looking for when considering grant winners:
Your project can be at any stage of completion. Whether you're in pre-production or post, we want to see your project's progress on CD.
Make great use of CD. Add collaborators, post open positions, and a variety of content.
Update your personal profile and have your team complete theirs to showcase your skills and experience.
