Just how bad is the rain over here, you ask?
Finally!
After far too long on my butt, I’m hitting the road again! In ten days I’ll be loading up Callie and taking the scenic route to Manila.
Unlike last year’s trip (which, coincidentally, happened right around this time), I’m giving myself a little time to explore and enjoy. Previously I only had a week to work with; this time I’m giving myself two or three. I’m also taking a different route, with new locations (Siquijor! Bohol!) so it’ll be vastly different from the last ride.
Next month, meanwhile, I’ve got a 15-day trip planned for Vietnam and Thailand. And once that’s done, more (briefer) road trips through Luzon. In short, a lot of bouncing around.
With luck this should make up for the recent radio silence, and then some.
