Yuuri works, as he does every year, at his family's stall at the local Christmas market. When Victor, the guy from the nearby stall, "falls" for him, his winter becomes a lot warmer, and sweeter than ever.

Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

He is always out, he likes staying in and drawing with you. You guys have little art sessions and Steve even tries to learn how to play the piano. He loves when you teach him to cook. He finds it a bonding session.

Beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

He loves your hair. Your hair is a way to bond with each other. He loves you with your braid and your silk presses but he loves your hair most when it’s in its natural state. He loves your natural curly hair.

Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

He would give you breathing exercises he learned from his life coach shield provided after he came to the ice. He would reassure you everything is alright and nothing is going to happen if I'm around.

D dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He always wanted to retire from being Captain America and get married to you. He wanted to move out of the country to somewhere more quiet. He would move to a small town and buy a nice house for you and his future kids. (He also wanted to own a diner /cafe that has a mini book shop in there)

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

He’s a mixture of both. He thinks he has to be dominant but later realizes how nice it is to not being in control of everything and being controlled is better.

Flight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

Steve can be stubborn with others. He will always try his best to not let out any frustration on you. If does , he will automatically apologize to you. Sometimes you guys get into arguments and would be mad at each other the whole day but when you get home and it is time for bed he would always say sorry and apologize. He has this rule where you guys can’t go to sleep angry at each other. Someone has to apologize.

Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

He is very much aware of you. After Steve got the serum many girls who never showed interest in him started to but only because of his looks, and that how it been for a while he only ever found people who love the famous Captain America not Steve. That was until he met you, you never cared about him and his famous repetition. You only wanted to meet his other side. The side that’s not Captain America and he loved that.

Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

He only hides details about missions and sometimes his own feelings.

Steve is not really good at sharing his feelings so he rather just keep them to himself unless you push it out of him.

Inspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helping them overcome personal problems?

You taught Steve it’s not unmanly to express your feelings. It’s okay to cry, it's okay to grieve , it’s okay to be angry or upset. What's not okay is to bottle them up and not talk about them, especially since you have some with you who’s willing to listen.

Jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

Steve knows you're a very pretty girl and he also knows you being a very pretty girl can lead to guys and girls hitting on you even though they know you're taken.  He hates when you tell others you're taken and they still hit on you. It’s even worse at Tony’s parties he is always trying to claim you when your at his parties

Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

Steve is a very passionate kisser at first he was soft and sweet but the more kisses the harder each kiss gets. He knows how to work your body he knows where to kiss , how to kiss and when things need to switch up.

Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

He would confess after a very dangerous mission where he almost lost you or vice versa. He can’t think about him dying without sharing some romantic relationship with you. So he let it out.

Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Steve would definitely want to get married to you. He talked about it a lot.

(You and Steve planned your wedding for fun before he proposed) You both were planning to propose to each other at the same place at the same time.

It was a home dinner that he planned. He decorated the house and planned to propose there.

You brought the ring two week ago but didn’t know where you wanted to do it so when Steve called you and told you he was having dinner at the house for you and him you decided to do it there.

You both pulled a ring box at the same time, it was so cute.

Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

He would call you sweetheart or a short abbreviation of your name or even Honey.

On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

He doesn’t pay any attention to anyone except you. He gives you these looks with his eyes (basically heart eyes). He will always make sure to spend time with you. He is always in a rush your help. He is also always so uptight and stern but when you're around his rough expression softens up. He shows his love through touch and act of service and words.

PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

He does tell others he’s in a relationship with you but not too many people just for your safety, but when he’s with his friends and a couple other agents he friends with he will brag about you whether it’s about your looks, smarts, skills, cooking anything you're good at he brags. Steve doesn’t really do PDA; he will give small kisses on the lips and forehead and hold your hand. When he is in private he’s more passionate about physical affection.

(When he is drunk and at parties he will take PDA to a different level)

Quirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

His photogenic memory. He could remember how everything looks and every moment. So he won’t forget your birthday or important days.

Romance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

He is very romantic. Every week he tries to make sure you guys go on date night whether it’s at home or out. He always makes sure when you're upset he would make you breakfast in bed. He is also more of a creative person. He will find all your interests and try to find a place that fits your interest. (One time Steve recreated the Jack and Rose scene where he drew her naked.)

Support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

He will encourage you to follow your dreams outside of the shield.  Whether it’s physical support or emotional support or even financial support.

Thrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Dating from the 40s is different from now. Steve does look up way to spice up your relationship. Whether it's a new date night place, new vacation places, or even new ideas for “fun time” .

Understanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He understands you very well even before dating he observes your body language and tone of your voice to determine your mood.

Value - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

You mean everything to him. You are one of the normal things in his life. You make him feel like an average human when you guys are outside of the shield. You are more important than anything in his life. The love he grew for you is something you he can't ignore. At some point on a mission Steve almost made an agent die just to save you which gained him a two week suspension. He will make sure you're mentally , emotionally , financially and physically safe. He makes sure no one talks you down even though he knows you can handle it. He makes sure he checks on you, he tries to make you talk about your feelings cause he knows how this job can affect people over time.

Wild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.

Steve will learn how to handle your hair and learn about your culture and native language just to get close with you or your family. Sometimes you can’t handle your hair texture (This reader has a mixture of 3c/4a). He will go on YouTube, read articles and get the best natural products. He will always try to help on wash day and he even learned how to do knotless and box-braid for you. ( This man can give you a nice blowout. I’m talking about the hair blowout.) Steve knew how to mostly bake more than cook, but he later learned how much of a foodie you are so he learned how to cook your favorite dish.

X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

Steve is very affectionate. Whether it’s passionate kisses, little kisses and touches, or even hands in shirts and hands on stomach. As long as he is touching you he is happy.

Y earning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

He will watch a show you love just to remind himself of you and he will make one of your favorite dishes just to remind himself of you

Zeal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?

Once the relationship gets serious he will go to war for you. He will get rid of anyone who tries to break you guys up and ruin your relationship on purpose.

Mississippi, 1932

A piece of herself was gone. She was no longer whole. Thick silence accompanied Annie while she continued to process the daunting fact that her fiancée, the keeper of her heart, Elijah Moore, was not in this realm of life with her.

Jealousy had killed him.

 Those white folks had learned that the juke joint Elijah owned with his twin brother, Elias, had become a hot-spot in Clarksdale for Black Americans who wished to have a good time and leave their worries at the wooden door. Anything that brought Black people happiness and made them forget that they were nothing more than stains on this Earth was unacceptable and needed to be abolished.

A group of thirty white men set out to turn a night of joy into one of sorrow. They got into their places, surrounding the exterior of the juke joint in case anyone attempted to escape the deathly heat of the flames. Bullets would greet them instead of safety. A dozen Molotov cocktails were thrown into the building, red-hot flames engulfing it immediately. The screams were like music to the white men’s ears. It became a sick game of “how many negroes can you kill?”. 

All of the Black people present at the juke joint lost their lives that night at the hands of racist white men who couldn’t stand the idea of Black joy.

Work responsibilites kept Annie at home but a part of her wished that she had gone to the juke joint with Elijah so that death could’ve taken them both and she wouldn’t have to adjust to the grim reality of not having Elijah by her side.

Annie was unaware of the amount of time that had passed since receiving the news of Elijah’s horrifying demise. Grief kept her bed-ridden. Whenever sleep managed to take her, Elijah would be there in her mind’s eyes, clear as day, to let her know that he was alright and waiting on her. The comfort that found her was short-lived once she opened her eyes and was reminded of his physical abscence.

The only time Annie would be pulled from her bed would be at the sound of knocks at her front door. Neighbors gave their condolences along with desserts and savory dishes.

About three days after that tragic incident, Annie approached her front door, expecting another round of neighbors who came to comfort her but was instead met with two police officers who had brought along a small box. Inside were some of Elijah’s belongings that managed to survive the fire. One of which was his journal.

Once the officers left, Annie returned to her bed with Elijah’s journal in hand. She just sat with it for a few moments. The smell of smoke was still palpable, making anger rise in her chest, and tears gather in her eyes.

Annie felt called to open the journal. Most of the pages were burnt on the edges but Annie was still able to make out the to-do lists, business plans, and his daily thoughts that were written on them. Annie flipped through a few blank pages until she reached one that intensified her woeful emotions and broke the dam that held back her tears.

With you, nothing is impossible. Your love empowers me and makes me believe I can take on life and all of its obstacles. It was always going to be me and you and it will forever be me and you. As your husband, I vow to serve you, to protect you and your heart, and to give you the best years of your life in every lifetime.

In the physical realm, a storm is classified as an upheaval of the normal condition of the atmosphere. It consists of strong winds and heavy rainfall which can cause flooding, structural damage, and power outages, all of which can negatively affect an area. Yet, in spiritual terms, a storm represents a profound transformation in one’s life. Clearing out the turmoil and chaos to make room for growth. This woman had the same namesake as this common weather condition and she was producing the same supernatural effects in the life of Terry Richmond. 

Operating as the CEO of a successful cyber security company left Terry weary and stressed. Exhaustion tightened the muscles in his body and dampened his mood. Instead of heading to his multi-million dollar home to prepare for the next work day that would surely be a strenuous one, Terry had his personal chauffeur drive him to the affluent city of San Jose where Terry would spend his evening at Aphrodisiac, an exclusive gentleman’s club. Terry decided that the perfect remedy for the tension was to drown in the addicting taste of Aphrodisiac’s stellar drinks while basking in the opulent ambiance of his own private section as he looked on at the beautiful dancers performing their sensual choreographed routines to new and old R&B hits.

Terry arrived at the club and immediately beelined for his section that was on the second floor. After bypassing the guards that stood outside of the door with a nod, Terry entered the dimly lit space, expecting to see his favorite bartender, Ashley, behind the bar that was lit up from the warm LED lights and fully stocked with expensive liquors, mixing up his favorite drink order but someone unfamiliar was in her spot tonight. Terry wasn’t complaining though. 

He didn’t even realize his feet had taken him to the bar until kind pools of brown blinked at him. The common descriptors of an attractive woman weren’t adequate enough to describe her. Terry could spend the rest of his days searching for the perfect adjective and it still wouldn’t be fitting. Defined coils the color of ink framed her heart-shaped, maple syrup colored face. Round, almond shaped eyes shined with amusement and thick, shiny lips curved into a smirk the longer Terry stood there silently committing every feature of her face to memory. Terry found ease knowing that he would be the only man in her presence tonight and not the collection of thirsty men that populated the main floor of the club below them.

The light chuckle she released brought him out of his stupor.

“Can I get you anything, Mr. Richmond?” She asked, her voice deep yet feminine and angelic. Her tone conveyed her enjoyment at the fact that she had Terry transfixed. 

Terry quickly gathered himself to properly introduce himself even though she already knew who she would be tending to tonight. Terry preferred for people to meet him face-to-face and not from word of mouth. Afterwards, Terry gave her a simple drink order that she immediately began to fix for him. Terry hoped that he wasn’t making her uncomfortable with the way his eyes stayed on her as she worked. Her face was breathtaking with a goddess-like figure to match. The higher powers above had to be blessing him after the shitty day he had. She moved fluently behind the bar, grabbing the necessary ingredients and mixing it all like a pro. Once done, she slid the cold glass across the surface and over toward him. 

“Here you go.” Her smile was soft enough to introduce him to the dimple that indented her right cheek.

Terry thanked her then proceeded to take a sip, the rich flavors coated his tastebuds and he felt the tightness in his body diminish from his shoulders all the way to his toes. Terry complimented her mixology skills and it was the start to a pleasant conversation. Terry found Stormie to be attentive. She picked up on the tirisome look in his eyes and the stiffness of his body when she first saw him so she gave Terry the space to voice his current dilemma and she actively listened. He found Stormie to be comical. At one point, his cheeks hurt from laughing so much at her commentary and jokes. He found Stormie to be alluring. It wasn’t enough for her to be physically attractive, she had the personality and aura to match. Terry was entrapped within her natural, sensual energy all night and found himself not wanting to be free from it. 

That night, Stormie directed the separation of the sky and allowed the rain to pour over Terry to cleanse his being and make him new.

Terry returned to work the following morning prepared to take on the new day with a clear head. He met with his team and they managed to work out a plan to fix the disappointing numbers from the first quarter of the year and push the company back into a positive direction. Terry left the boardroom feeling much better than he had in the past few weeks. An immense weight had been lifted and he had only one person to thank. 

Terry left his employees with the task to figure out where they would be having lunch this afternoon while he went to his office to complete a new task. He took a seat behind his desk and retrieved his phone from the pocket of his blazer to make a call to the owner of Aphrodisiac. When the call connected, Terry and the owner exchanged cordial greetings before Terry made the request to permanently add Stormie to the list of bartenders that could work the bar in his section. Terry was pleasantly surprised to learn that Stormie was already assigned to tend to his section for the foreseeable future since Ashley would be absent for two months due to personal issues.

Terry was saddened to hear about Ashley’s predicament but he couldn’t shake the feeling of elation that came with the acknowledgment that he would be able to see more of Stormie. Terry thanked the owner for the news and disconnected the call to switch over to an app that held Ashley’s digital tip jar where Terry sent her $5,000 and a note of well wishes. 

Terry would’ve called up his assistant next but Terry’s impatience didn’t let him. Instead, he opened his calendar to look over his schedule and find out when he could squeeze in another visit to Aphrodisiac.

At least two times a week, Terry and Stormie would blur the lines between customer and employee as they sat in his section and grew more acquainted with each other. They spoke about their pasts, the present, and how they saw their futures. When Terry disclosed his billionaire status, he expected to see dollar signs flashing in her eyes and her behavior to shift in a more sexually forward nature in hopes that he’ll take her home with him but Terry’s finances didn’t entice her like it did to most of the other women that Terry had previously encountered. The private section in one of the most elite gentleman’s clubs in California already let Stormie know that Terry was wealthy. Regardless, Stormie was the type of person that didn’t center her existence around money. Money, like most material things, is fleeting. It can be here today and gone the next but who you are as a person is a forever thing. That’s why Stormie chose to focus more on learning the kind of person Terry was rather than focusing solely on the amount of money that was attached to his name and the ever present feeling of want that ran through her body that seemed to amplify the longer her eyes took in his handsome face and the body that she knew was sculpted and toned from countless days at the gym and a good, healthy diet.

Over the course of several months, Stormie got to know a version of Terry that not many had the pleasure of meeting. The version that matched her humorous energy and showed her the side of him that was open-minded, charismatic, and genuine, making it easy for her to say “yes” when he finally gathered up enough courage to ask her out on a date. The conversation they shared over an exquisite meal while seated on a romantic, rented-out rooftop was different from the ones they engaged in while at Aphrodisiac. Underneath the night sky that was decorated with twinkling stars, looks of desire were shared freely. The chemistry between them was so apparent that even Ray Charles could’ve seen it. 

Subtle touches and flirtatious banter increased the mutual attraction until it overflowed, leading to passionate kisses and orgasms that changed their brain chemistry, forming a greater connection that they couldn’t wait to explore with each other.

Terry Richmond was the kind of man that wanted the people he cared about to live their lives worry-free. He has checked off so many goals on his lists and hasn’t taken the time to appreciate it all. Stormie’s presence in his life taught him to slow down for a bit and experience and cherish life.

It was a common discovery, one that was told to people who were determined to reach their goals by any means but to actually put it into practice was life-changing for Terrry. He came to realize that all of the sleepless nights and stress that he accumulated while building his empire was not what he wanted to remember about his life. This profound discovery led Terry and Stormie to the middle of the Andaman Sea. 

Terry has never been shy about exhibiting his love language of gift giving. He showered Stormie in luxurious gifts, flower bouquets, and money transfers of a considerable amount over the course of several months of being romantically involved with her. However, the private island that Terry dropped a hefty bag on just for her trumped everything else. 

Terry picked her up from her late-night shift at Aphrodisiac and Stormie expected for him to drive them back to his home where they would be laid up for the weekend, as they usually did. Stormie relaxed in the passenger seat of his BMW M5 and ended up falling asleep and waking up on Terry’s private jet. Terry knew that she didn’t like to be left in the dark about anything so as soon as her eyelids parted and she finished her post-nap stretch, he let her know about his most recent purchase that was done in her name and that they would be staying there for two weeks.

Disbelief was Stormie’s first reaction but after seeing the island through the plane’s window as they prepared to land, she came to the realization that it was real and that the man sitting in the seat opposite of her, reading his fantasy novel through his black frames, made it real.

Stormie took one more glance out of her window, planting the image of her island in her head before standing and making her way onto the lap of her lover. She took his book in her hands and gently placed the bookmark in between the pages of where he left off. Setting it beside them, Stormie placed both of her hands on the sides of his face. Her eyes roamed over his face, his hazel eyes adorned with slices of ocean blue stared back at her. The anticipation of her next move was there in his irises as well as adoration. Stormie allowed the emotions towards him that she has garnered over the pasy few months settle over her. These emotions led her to plant her lips on top of his with the intention of conveying her thanks and devotion.

The plan for the next two weeks was to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company but being the hard-working, driven business man that he was, Terry found it difficult to rid his mind of what could be going on back in California. On the fourth day, those “what-ifs” completely took over his mind. The sun had just risen, providing enough sunlight through the windows in their bedroom for him to see that Stormie was still in her slumber. He gently removed himself from her hold to get out of bed and head to the connected bathroom to do his morning routine. Eventually, Terry found his glasses and laptop then headed out to the backyard area of their lavish beach home.

What was supposed to be a quick perusal of his email inbox turned into two hours of him responding to emails, checking the status of his company and the different departments, and checking on his other investments.

“I thought you could at least hold out for a week.” Her voice traveled to his ears from behind him. 

Her footsteps were soundless. The only indicator that she was walking toward him was the citrusy scent that wafted into his nostrils. Her arms came over his shoulders and her lips kissed that sweet spot behind his ear.

“You were supposed to make me breakfast.”

“I know, baby, but I had to see what was going on. It was only supposed to be for a few minutes then–”

“You got carried away,” Stormie finished his reasoning for him. She glanced at his laptop screen, numbers were listed in a neatly made spreadsheet. It wasn’t even her job and she already felt a hint of tension build behind her temples trying to take all of it in. She constantly wondered how Terry was able to look at all of that for hours at a time. No wonder he needed glasses.

“This trip was for us to get away,” Stormie reminded him. Her hand reached out to lower the screen of his laptop until it was closed. “not to keep being involved in whatever is going on over there.” 

Terry was rid of her touch for just a moment as she moved from behind him to straddling his lap. A teal colored bikini was Stormie’s choice of clothing for today. Terry remembered seeing this very piece sitting in Stormie’s online cart one day and immediately purchased it for her, anticipation building in his chest at being able to see her in it. It was safe to say that the images he concocted in his head were nothing compared to how she looked now with it on, skin glowing, her hair done in bohemian faux locs and sitting in his lap, with a warm grin lighting up her gorgeous face.

Work was no longer a priority. The only thing on Terry’s mind was the way her soft lips moved against his. His hands felt at home as they roamed the dips and curves of her body. He passed over the tattoo on her left thigh, a bible scripture that she had gotten in remembrance of her late grandmother. The irony of having words from the Holy book plastered on a sinful body.

“Lay back for me, baby” He instructed as he descended onto his knees.
