Here's a super nice garage we're doing for a family in Enoch. We could all use a garage like this huh? Thanks KurtBuilt for the good looking concrete and framing.

Here's a picture of the latest home we started. This one is going to have quite the view. Notice the rocky soil, this one didn't take much work to get a good pad to build on. Some areas of town have soils that require more work than others. Many parts of town require an over-excavation of three to four feet; meaning we dig down well below where the foundation will go, re-compact the soil, sometimes replace it with better soil, have it tested by a soils engineer, then continue on with our foundation. In some parts of Cedar City it is required that as much as six to eight feet be excavated and re-compacted while other more hilly and rocky areas don't. We're always happy to help with any questions people may have while looking for a lot to purchase.
