This is a great looking home with a very functional floor-plan. We've built this home several times over the years and it has been very popular. Landscaping adds so much to any home. We always like to include at least a small budget for landscaping. More plants and trees can easily be added later. We have a great landscaper that is very reasonable and easy to work with.

This is a great looking kitchen in a house we just finished. The granite and copper sink turned out amazing together. This wasn't a crazy expensive kitchen but it was very well thought out and looks like a million bucks.

This was a fun project we did in Beaver last week. Cleaned the house up, rented it out, and moved onto the next one. We do lot's of rentals; if you, or anyone you know, are looking to invest and get started with rental properties get a hold of us now. Beaver is in an area that has no available housing right now.

"Wood plank" tile flooring is the hottest thing out there right now, everyone is asking for it. It has all the advantages of tile, it has the great look of a hardwood floor, and now that it has become so popular the price has become very reasonable. We just finished a whole bunch at a home we're finishing up, it turned out amazing!

These are a couple pictures of some buildings we recently finished at Parkway Autoplex. They turned out super nice. Do you think that Ford Raptor would make a good work truck for us?

Here's a plan we've been working on and will be starting soon. This plan includes a 300 square foot bonus room above the garage. Basements have always been popular but a bonus room is a great way to add extra square footage in a very affordable way. This home will be just under 1800 square feet on a 1/2 acre lot for an incredible price.

Our excavators were hard at work on Friday during the storm starting another home for one of our clients. This is a beautiful lot that they got an amazing deal on.
