Saturna special evolution

Absolutely nothing is working - I can't get my Saturna to evolve into Ceeda. I'm trying to follow the evolutionary path to get Panduc, and I'm totally stuck on this one... All the websites I see have something different. Has anyone succeeded in this evolution that can provide some insight to clear this up once and for all?

From what I've heard, you evolve Saturna into Ceeda by making him hate you and having a weight of over 7kg. Anyone know for sure?
For that one who asked about satura special evo: his evo is called ceeda. He looks like a tall purple Christmas tree. The way to get ceeda is o keep hitting ur satura over and over until it says you are hated. Then he should evolve shortly after
