Okay, kind of a complicated question. I tried using urban's naked skin foundation for a full year, and no matter what I did it i could never get it to look dewy or completely natural. I moisturize and use a primer under foundation, and typically the flawless airbrush (or something) foundation brush from sephora. I've got combination skin, so maybe it's just not a compatible formula? I'm at a loss, because the 6.5 is the best color match I've ever found for me (excluding MAC). Any thoughts?
Which primer do you use underneath? A traditional silicone based primer isn't going to do a whole lot for you with this formula, I would get a super hydrating gel (Like their Brightening and Tightening, it's what I always use under that foundation) and either apply the foundation right after or mix it in to sheer it out a bit, since it is a demi-matte foundation, you have to alter it a bit to get it to look dewey. What really made me love how it looks on my skin was using it with the Real Techniques dampened beauty sponge, it just melts into my skin and looks super natural.
