Do you have any particular items you want for the self care kit? (Blankets, notebooks, art supplies, room decor, etc.)

Actually, having a clear budget makes it easier for me to find stuff usually, because it defines what you’re willing to spend. Also almost every shopping website include a price limit slider, so items that are too high of a cost get filtered automatically, not showing up in the search results. It takes very little extra effort on my part to make sure something is within the budget. It’s not stressful for me.
