Robert really is on the brink of tears if you cook for him. Especially if its something that forces him to be unable to share it with Beef. Something with chocolate or lots of salt, spices, caffeine, etc. My boy deprives himself so much, and feels so much guilt about having things just for himself, so someone giving him an excuse to indulge in a physical pleasure will have his whole heart.

HE FEELS THE TIPS of his ears go warm before the rest of him catches up. he didn't think anyone would throw a playful smash in good old Royd's direction, while the whole SDN open floor seems to be having fun with today's random HR violation; the thought sits somewhere between flattering and genuinely baffling, like a calculation that keeps returning a number too large to make sense of.

big, gentle brown eyes sweep over Wally, and he does the math. that's maybe five-nine of speedster standing there, and then there's Royd, who has to turn sideways through certain doorframes, whose shadow at noon still takes up most of a parking space. still, he offers a broad smile at the speedster, feeling a little ... stupidly pleasant about it, like the word actually short-circuited a lil' something in the big man's chest and sent it sparking all the way down to his steel-toed boots. he rubs the back of his neck, trying to look normal about it.

"shoots, brah." he says with a certain warmth in his tone. "das… real nice. I mean, smash back, yeah? respectful kine."

Billy just lets out a sigh. A long, long sigh. This man makes him truly speechless sometimes, which was an amazing feat in it of itself for the duplicator.

"... Wally, babe, we gotta talk." A joke, mostly. "But seriously, why? Ain't no way any a' tastes good."

{{ oh I love when a positivity comes full circle!! Fomo, you are an absolute delight... & it's little wonder I had a couple of these in my askbox specifically for you! The positivity, the welcoming, & the sense of TRUE community that you bring to the roleplay community is undeniable. It's clear from the circles that you nurture that you are a person who cherishes others, & who is so so SO cherished by those around you! It's so wonderful to see people on the dash who are so selflessly kind & giving, especially in these online writing circles. I know I said it in your askbox before, but I just have to reiterate this point: a writer who has done their job is ultimately a writer who can convince people who visit their source material. & You did that with me almost immediately. From the first post I saw of you on my dash, I knew that your posts would be something so welcome & so fun on my dash. I wasn't wrong. In fact, having you on my dash was so compelling that I went & bought dispatch right away, & was so so SO pleasantly surprised by how perfect your Robert truly is. Your ability to capture dry wit & humor so effortlessly is admirable, but to translate that into dialogue that is as charming & endearing, if not MORE, than the source material? Robert is such a fun character to read. His mannerisms, his responses to things... & from my few opportunities getting to throw Sin.estro at him, his worldview, too. It's clear you have such a developed & deep understanding of every aspect of him, from his more subtle nuances, to the precise things that make him tick & drive him.... Honestly, too, getting the chance to read the dynamics you have with other writers & muses is so wonderful. I admire how brave you are to write spicy stuff on the dash, ( It's been so long since I have, myself, lmaaaooo, ) but you have such a feel for human connection, & how that is translated into prose. Each ship you share on the timeline is so dedicated & tangible, & seeing how each of them peels Robert's layers back?? It's just so endearing. It's no wonder I was curious if our muses would even have a chance to ship- getting the chance to experience that level of writing is something I hope I get more of an opportunity to experience! I hope you know how much your community loves you, bc you deserve it!!
