Wolfie was created not by fazbear entertainment, but another rival company, called Celestial Entertainment™, and by their name, most of the animatronics are space themed and based off less known planets, and stars, CE would take great care of all of their animatronics equally unlike Fazbear Entertainment.
Now onto Wolfie!
Wolfie is a daycare attendant at Celest's mega plex (As you can see, CE copied some of Fazbear's shit) and the daycare is way more likely to pass a safety check than fazbear's and they actually have a naptime room/area.
Wolfie was based off of the planet that was orginally going to be named Wolftopia

And Wolfie is a kindhearted lil animatronic, who is just the sweetest, and talks to many of the employees that were feeling down or sad, and enjoys listening to music that have a space-feel if you get what I mean.
Wolfie can change their voice to the voice they want, so they can sound angelic first but then have a deep freaking voice.
And CE decided to make Wolfie have a sorta prosthetic leg to make feel kids that have missing limbs or deformities feel better about themselves, and tell them that they are quite special in their own way!
and when it's after hours, Wolfie enjoys talking to the others! asking about their day n such.
And the theme they are supposed to have is a sorta fantasy sci-fi space thing? Idk XD
But of course, Wolfie being a daycare attendant, they had to lean on the more softer side, their sweater and soft pants having lots of stuffing and/or foam(that really squishy foam I can't remember the name of.) and under all of that is a slgihtly skinny body!
