Is this blog dead? Eh I’ll go anyway
The lunatic cultist has seriously messed up features because he’s constantly exposed to power from the celestial pillars since he was entrusted by the moon lord to protect them.
So me and my friend triggered the apaclypse today. We got through the celestial pillars after an hour chipping away at them and a while other hour chipping away at the solar pillar. We then died immediately to the moon lord.
I’m currently working on a moon lord strategy for playing in my own.
The lunar cultists and the celestial pillars’ purpose is not to summon the Moon Lord, rather it is to resurrect him. This is why when the player destroys the pillars the Moon Lord has only half a body; by destroying the pillars the player has interrupted the resurrection process leaving the Moon Lord incomplete.

Celestial Pillars: /Chap 1/
Even in the deep confines of a dark and macabre swamp, would his thoughts return to track. Natsu’s mind would not yield on trailing back to the noble princess he had seen, and the look she had bestowed him with never being forgotten.
He simply wished he could go back to what it was, he already suffered enough with the lack of worries, and now he had the blonde constantly in his mind. It was tiring, he could not even make profit of the few hours he received of sleep; his body begged and pleaded him to rest but his brain mocked him and continued at full speed.
But still, in spite of all, he yearned to know what she had meant. She was likely a princess, why would she even spare a glance at him. He knew he had been fighting and the people all watched him, but she had not gazed at him with similar eyes. No. She had not given him pity, either. But instead, she made a promise. A promise that he could not even begin to understand.
