I'm sure I'm not alone on this, but my main thing that I'm looking forward to seeing and understanding more is Rose and Pearl. More history. More information. Because I feel so unfair having this judgement in my mind that it's one-sided and Pearl is the only one having these kind of feelings. I can't help it, this is all we've seen. I'm also dying to know more about Garnet's fusion, why she got so upset about the Homeworld's forced fusion and the other Gems didn't. What do you look forward to?

I’m with you on that first one, definitely. I just can’t tell what Pearl and Rose were for each other, like, were they together at one point? Were they ex-girlfriends? Did they love each other, but never got together for some reason? I think their history may be a lot more complicated than even we can imagine, and I’m really curious to see how it used to be and how things progressed between the two of them. I personally think they may have been together at some point, but that Rose broke up with Pearl because Pearl’s feelings for her were turning self-destructive and Rose couldn’t trust Pearl to look after herself properly. She may also have been disappointed to find out that Pearl only stayed on Earth for her and not because she shared her vision of a free planet. I dunno, I’m really curious about this too.
As for Garnet and her fear of the forced fusions, wasn’t it kind of implied that Ruby and Sapphire were having second thoughts about their own fusion? That they feared that this ‘power of love’ they relied on and were proud of may not have been worth joining the rebellion for, as the rebellion is what caused Homeworld to punish gems with forced fusion? I may have drawn some quick conclusions here, though.
Personally, I’m really looking forward to seeing Pearl pull herself out of all her problems and how she’ll keep growing stronger, as she tackles them one by one. I’m also really hoping we’ll see more of Amethyst’s problems and how she develops. Mostly, I want to see the two of them help each other develop in a more positive direction, I think they could help each other a lot.
I’m also just super invested in the plot and what Homeworld are going to do, now that three of their own have disappeared. I’m really wondering what they were going to do to Steven, if they ever found him.

Ayy don’t worry, it’s still sitting in my inbox, it’s just that I’ve got a million things I want to include in my answer and I’m gonna need a small running start before I can gather them into something that makes just a little bit of sense. In general, if an ask or message hasn’t been answered, it’s either because I’m still deciding on how to answer, or it didn’t go through. Steven: What’s your favorite episode?
I hate to say it, but I think Keeping It Together is my favorite one yet, even though (or maybe because) it really, genuinely made me feel ill and uncomfortable, even days later. It just seemed to have everything - humor, cool fighty stuff, emotional stuff, world building... and of course the themes and how they were explored were really on-point. It was just great from start to finish.
I got to sing Happy Birthday to a WWII veteran today at Dairy Queen
He turned 90 today. His name was Mr. Murphy. He was a very cute old man.
Kanoshua and Danica were there as well. Kanoshua thought we were going to scare him and cause him to die. We couldn't stop laughing. I haven't laughed that hard in a while.
