Earlier in the day Piper had been at the harvest festival. Helping people set up while making sure everything was done safely. She was called back to the station not long after the festival opened. Stuck behind her desk for a few hours. She had texted Rory to meet her at the festival later in the day. Planning on heading there after she got off. The redhead left the station. Still dressed in her uniform pants but she had changed her shirt. There was a bit of a crowd but she still found petite brunette easily. Walking up to here, she wrapped her arms around the younger woman. “Look at this, I found the perfect pumpkin in the patch right here.” She spoke, a bright smile on her face. Making sure her face was far enough away so Rory could read her lips. “Hi baby.” She leaned in to give her girlfriend a kiss.
