Hey! I'm trying to do the healthy eating and i've been doing kung fu for a while but I wanted to add some more workout time so i'm gonna go back to the gym. i noticed i needed to work on my core and upper thighs and i wanted to know what you recommended!
hm there is no “upper thigh” muscle to isolate to work out just that.. however if you want to workout your quads, squats, leg press, leg extension, hack squat, lunges, sumo deadlifts, etc for core i like to do cable ab crunches, side ab crunches and leg raises and theres also planks, barbell rollouts, crunches, etc
